John Niedermaier
Director

Mr. Niedermaier has been in the oil industry for 40 years, primarily in the drilling and service rig areas. Following graduation from the University of Saskatchewan in Engineering, Mr. Niedermaier progressed through positions of increasing responsibility with several drilling companies. Mr. Niedermaier founded Badger Drilling in 1977 and Derrick Drilling in 1990. Derrick Drilling was sold to Ensign in 1994. Mr. Niedermaier started Petro Well Servicing Ltd. in 1978 and sold this successful service rig company to Palliser Energy in 1995, but continued to manage it until 1998. In 2002, Mr. Niedermaier co-founded Storm Service Rigs and sold this company to Technicoil Corporation in 2007. He also co-founded Mi Casa Rentals in 1993 and continues to manage that company, as well as serve as a director on several public and private oil and gas companies' boards of directors.

Tony Hodges
President, CEO and Director

Mr. Hodges has completed a Petroleum Engineering Technologists diploma with a major in Production from SAIT and a Bachelor of Commerce Degree from the University of Lethbridge. Mr. Hodges began his well servicing career in 1997 with Cenalta Well Servicing as a Marketing Representative. Cenalta was purchased by Precision Drilling in late 2001, where he worked as a Senior Marketing Representative until October 2006. In 2007, he became the Vice President of Marketing and Contracts for Treeline Well Servicing until December of 2007. In his most recent position, Mr. Hodges served as the Vice President for Eagle Well Servicing. He was responsible for all aspects of the company, including operations, marketing, safety, human resources, finance and equipment, including growing the company from 30 to 36 rigs and expansion into Estevan, Saskatchewan. He is a member of the Alberta Society of Engineering Technologists (ASET), with a designation as a Certified Engineering Technologist (CET).

Rob Wasylyniuk
Chief Financial Officer and Director

Mr. Wasylyniuk completed the MBA Program at the University of Calgary in 2000 and started his business career in Calgary as a Corporate Banker with Scotia Capital in 2000. He assisted with the execution and management of syndicated oil and gas lending transactions for major oil and gas companies. He also had extensive experience with many of the major oil and gas trusts and intermediates. In 2005, he became the Manager of Private Banking for Scotiabank in Calgary and was responsible for leading the Account Management Team in the development and execution of a loan and deposit portfolios for Scotiabank’s high Net Worth Clients. In January of 2008, he joined Technicoil and was responsible for all business development aspects of Storm Service Rigs.

Dave Clements
Director

Mr. Clements is a petroleum geologist with over 37 years of experience in the oil industry. His early experience included Exploration and Operations with Husky Oil, Algas Minerals (Novalta), Geocrude and in the early 1980’s, he was the Vice-President of Exploration and Land for Canadian Jorex Limited until its sale in 1996. This experience with small oil companies provided direct involvement in all facets of exploration and development. Since then, he co-founded, and or was a major shareholder of, several entities, including Storm Service Rigs Inc., Auburn Exploration Ltd., Auburn Energy Ltd., Spirit Energy Ltd., and Spirit Energy Inc. These companies were all funded through private investment and with the exception of Spirit Energy Inc., were subsequently sold to public entities. Storm Service Rigs Inc. was sold to Technicoil Corporation in 2007, and since that time Mr. Clements has been involved in private investment and consulting through Dack Resources Ltd (a wholly owned corporation).

Mr. Clements has a Bachelor of Science (Geology) degree from the University of Alberta and a Diploma in Exploration Technology from the Northern Alberta Institute of Technology.
